How the Zentexx team brought income tracking, subscriptions, and AI logging together into one clean, easy-to-use workspace.
Overview
MySpend.io is a smart personal finance app built to stop financial clutter. Instead of just tracking daily budgets, the Zentexx team created a single app that handles five main things: Income, Expenses, Subscriptions, Loans, and Product Warranties.
Our team worked together to build this for web browsers and Android phones. By adding a friendly MySpend AI Agent, we made it possible for busy people to track their money simply by typing in plain English, without dealing with messy spreadsheets.

How we built a frictionless AI

Strategy & Design
We began by studying user pain points around fragmented financial tools. This allowed us to map out the core product scope and design a clean, modular UI layout that keeps complex data organized.
Development & AI
Our engineering team built the core Web application while seamlessly integrating the conversational mySpend AI Agent. This replaced traditional forms, allowing users to log transactions via simple natural text.
Launch & Support
We successfully launched the MVP on Web and Android. The initial launch proved the power of a simplified financial workspace, setting a strong foundation for future bank syncing and our upcoming iOS app.
Challenge
Too Many Apps
People usually use one app for daily spending, another to check subscriptions, and keep paper receipts for warranties. We needed to put all of this onto one screen without making it look confusing.
Tiring Manual Typing
Nobody likes filling out long forms every time they buy a coffee. This typing friction makes people stop using finance apps. We needed a way to make logging an expense feel instant.
Hidden Costs
Things like automatic streaming renewals and expiring warranties are easy to forget. We needed a clean layout that clearly reminds users about these dates before they lose money.
All-in-One Dashboard
We designed a dashboard with clean, separate boxes. Users can see their daily, monthly, and yearly cash flow at a single glance.
Type-to-Log AI Agent
We put the mySpend AI Agent right at the top. Instead of filling out forms, users just type naturally (like “Spent $40 on groceries”) and the app automatically saves it to the right place
Smart Trackers
We created a simple section to easily manage monthly subscriptions and digital warranty receipts in one clean place, complete with countdowns and alerts before they expire.
Proactive Alerts
We designed simple pop-up reminders for upcoming credit card bills, loan deadlines, and renewals so users never miss a payment.
